The Sunset Marquis Hotel and Villas recently completed a $25 million expansion and renovation. Accommodations range from 100 spacious junior and one bedroom suites in the main building and 52 detached, multi-room villas with private patios that evoke the architectural style of southern France. The hotel features five acres of lush gardens, koi ponds, waterfalls, brick paths and tropical foliage. Bar 1200 provides a dark and discreet atmosphere for all guests. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas of the hotel. The Sunset Marquis Hotel and Villas includes a complimentary fitness facility with free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Two heated outdoor pools are open throughout the year. The larger pool is a popular spot for sunbathing and features private cabanas. A second, smaller pool is positioned across from manicured gardens and provides a greater degree of privacy, closer to the villas. The hotel also offers fax, photocopy and print services.
