A grand, Stick-style Queen Anne Victorian in Buffalo's Linwood historic preservation district, the Beau Fleuve offers relaxing, comfortable elegance. Five tastefully-decorated guest rooms feature antique and heirloom beds, down bedding, and decorator linens. A unique hand-crafted staircase and nine colorful stained glass windows reflect the Aesthetic Movement. Its signature motif, the sunflower, appears in the house in both wood carvings and art glass. The restored exterior is painted in authentic Aesthetic Movement colors. Continental or full breakfast by candlelight. House specialties include blueberry or rasberry pancakes, Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, french toast, or several varities of frittata.
